The Fairfield Hills Authority held a regular meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 in the meeting room at Town Hall South, 3 Main Street, Newtown, CT. Bob Geckle called the meeting to order at 5:05pm.
Present: Bob Geckle, John Madzula, John Reed, Mike Holmes and Brian White.
Absent: Andy Willie, Walt Motyka and Kathy Furey
Public Participation: none
Acceptance of the Minutes: John Madzula moved the acceptance of the meeting minutes of February 17, 2010. Mike Holmes seconded. All in favor.
The below is the motion of the meeting. Minutes to follow:
John Reed moved that the committee of John Reed, John Madzula, Kathy Furey in consultation with Elizabeth Stocker recommend that the Authority select broker Michael Struna of Advantage Realty to enter an exclusive right to lease agreement for identified properties at Fairfield Hills. After the proposed agreement has been written with the input and approval of Attorney Fran Pennarola and the subcommittee and signed by Michael Struna it should be forwarded to the Board of Selectmen with a recommendation that the agreement be approved by the board and signed by Pat Llodra. John Madzula seconded. All in favor.
Adjournment: John Reed moved to adjourn the meeting. Mike Holmes seconded. All in favor.
The meeting adjourned at 6:15pm
